Strictly implements the company and clients policies, procedures and regulations.

Conducts investigation of Security Incidents and Violations based on Code of Conduct of the Company. Submits recommendations to resolve such violations and incidents. Ensures the timely processing and resolution of disciplinary cases;

Ensures all security personnel to receive sufficient and appropriate training and development to support them in carrying out their duties effectively and to the required standards.

Provides an effective ‘command and control’ structure to enable appropriate response to demands by Clients.

Diligently performs orders and instructions from the Security Manager/Admin Manager of the Client, and from the Operations Manager of MIBSSI Headquarters.

Disseminates all valid and logical instructions by the client to all security subordinates for immediate implementation. This includes the relaying of information from outgoing to incoming security personnel during guard formation/turnover.

Supervises all operations and administrative matters of the assigned detachment required by the client.

Ensures all posts are adequately manned based on the approved deployment plan and contract of the client.

Checks detachment performance levels and compliance with security requirements, standard operating procedures, and Client’s rules and regulations;

Conducts morning and evening “guard formations” to disseminate or brief all security personnel on important instructions from the Security Manager and the Administration Manager of MIBSSI Headquarters and Client organization.

Emphasizes the occupational health and safety of detachment personnel.

Recommends security personnel for K-4 awards, as well as file charges against erring personnel.

Implements the Client’s House Rules and report violations to the Management Team and to MIBSSI Operations Manager.

Submits regular reports; e.g., Daily Security Report, Monthly Update on equipment and firearms, other Client-instructed reports.

Direct supervision of requested manning for exposed cable within my AOR.

Consolidation of Daily Situational Report for all installation to submit to APD for immediate course of action.
