Project Report:

Safety Measures in Industrial Environment using Wireless Network

The safety parameters in real-time environment are measured using a suit which enables hands-free operation. They are attachable to each working individual which enables them to know about their biological parameters from a wireless device.

The sensors used for measurement are carbon monoxide (CO) gas, methane gas, body temperature, pulse sensor, Humidity, and environmental temperature the various sensor parameters are integrates into an Arduino board and data are transferred in wireless using a Bluetooth module.

Thus the data are received in a monitoring system and beep sound alerts the workers in dangerous environment. Hence, changes in environment are identified and workers can be rescued immediately.
