Responsibilities
At first it was just a inbound call center and my hood as a CSA was to create a sale from my experience with the sales process. Then the company changed into insurance sales . Inbound as well as out bound calls. During this transition of sales the company closed for a month and let go of all the employees . 1 month layer the owner Jeff called me and wanted me to get involved with the insurance sales with himself and one other manager only.
Accomplishments
I had a great self impact while working here because it reassures me that I gave great people skills as well as a gift to be able to talk and create something in common with my customer. Which intern helps me make a sale. I also must of had a impact on the owner because I am the only person he called after closing the doors to help start up a new sales center but only 2 people to help with the insurance aspect .. Skills Used
I demonstrated that I have strong work ethics as well as bringing into the room a great personality, strong will to make money but never giving up on a possible customer. I believe I brought a funny but respectful sense of humor. Also a great attitude with a go get them attitude while also staying in the respectful nature so I don't come across as a pushy person. .

Inbound calls. With in 3 months Doing 20/20 . Which means 20hrs on the phone and 20hrs on the floor as a team leader. As a leader my job was to sharpen the skills of other employees as well as coach them threw difficult calls. Also go over a daily call sheet with management and see if each one of my team members were following the process.
Accomplishments
I went from a simple inbound sales agent to team leader with in 3 months because they seen the dedication as well as the way I follow directions, great personality and the willingness to do anything asked to make the job easier .
Skills Used
I used my cognitive skills to mimic my callers and make them feel comfortable with me as a person to gain their trust by which u can secure the personal information to make the sale. I demonstrated leadership and the ability to take criticism to better myself on and of the phones . EDUCATION
