TITLE : Design and Development of Virtual Oscilloscope for low power Data Acquisition Card

DESCRIPTION : Designing the Embedded hardware with 2 Analog Inputs. Here the hardware has to program to acquire the signal with the sampling rate of 48 MS/S and direct the samples
serially with 115200 baud rate to the software which has the virtual functionality of Oscilloscope developed in LabVIEW platform.
PREVIOUS PROJECTS :
1.TITLE : Development of Wireless Embedded Teaching & Learning Pad.
CLIENT : SRI Electronics and Embedded Solutions, Coimbatore.
DESCRIPTION : An Embedded device designed with digital slate and an audio input using ARM7 lpc2378 Microcontroller. It has programmed to acquire the audio signal and user handwritten. It will be directed to all the device of same type which has connected to it.
MY TASK : Developing an Embedded code to configure the On-Chip UART0 of lpc2378 Microcontroller to 19200 baud rate and Configure the On-Chip ADC of lpc2378 Microcontroller to sample the audio signal with the sampling frequency of 8KHz.
2.TITLE : Designing GUI for Controlling Pick and Place Robot.
CLIENT : Appin Technology Lab., Coimbatore.
DESCRIPTION : A Pick and Place Robot with 2 DOF has assembled with 2 stepper motors and one servo motor. Initially it has controlled through a joystick along with a push button with the help of Microcontroller. To replace the joystick a GUI has developed in LabVIEW platform for Virtual Joystick functionality.
MY TASK : Developing an Embedded code to configure On-Chip USART of ATmega16 Microcontroller for 115200 baud rate to receive the control word from the Virtual Joystick.
3.TITLE : Intelligent Motion Controlled Robot Using PID Controller.
CLIENT : Sun Industrial Automation and Solutions, Chennai.
DESCRIPTION : A 3 wheel line follower vehicle has used for the transportation of crusher powder. This unable to work properly due to the crusher dust. So that the deviation in the parallel wheel has measured using hall effect sensor, based on the drift in the wheels the control signal has generated by PID algorithm to run the vehicle straight.
MY TASK : Developing Embedded C code to configure the On-Chip PWM peripheral of ATmega16 Microcontroller to generate the variable duty cycle to run both wheel in the same speed to avoid the drift in the movement.
4.TITLE : Design and Development of low cost USB powered Digital I/O Card with LabVIEW
Compatibility.
CLIENT : Axis Engineering Automation, Chennai.
REQUIREMENT : Designing of an Embedded device with 24 Digital I/O and it has to program to get configure from the LabVIEW tool to control the drive directions.
MY TASK : Entire Design.
I have designed an Embedded device with 24 Digital I/O and USB powered facility using P89V51RD2 Microcontroller and MCP2200 USB to UART converter. Here the Microcontroller has programmed to interact serially with VISA based drivers in LabVIEW tool with the baud rate of 115200 to send and receive the control word for I/O configuration.
