Project management experience implementing a CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine (Micro Measure IV), several stamping and machining work cells (Chrysler Programs) along with several major cost reduction programs (Ford).

Designed and implemented inspection gages that proved process capability that lead to the elimination of two 100% sorts with a yearly cost savings of $100,000.00

Developed a measurement method of raw steel during a stamping process to determine a process capability. This justified purchasing a more expensive material but lead to a $25,000.00 cost savings due to process capability improvements.
