• Plan, coordinate, and direct daily manufacturing processes for seven medium volume production lines including two flexible lines with specialty products, along with providing technical support for three powder coat paint lines covering a three shift operation – processing 55-70K parts/day and am Engineer & Subject-Matter expert support for powder paint equipment & chemical pretreatment processing & equipment, along with providing ongoing technical job training for all 16 paint lead operators semi-annually.
