Investigate the customer quality complaints or quality incidents related fresh, chilled, frozen and dry foodsproducts together with relevant category QA Specialists to define corrective and preventive action applicable for own brand products and suppliers including bakery products

Measure the effective product launching regarding the quality cost and effort spending, such as measure total quality expenses related to OB development vs. sales turnover
