Lead Cook-Milwaukee Catholic Home, Milwaukee, WI 53211 January 2015-present
Five Star retirement and rehabilitation home housing 122 residents. Responsibilities include but not limited to ten cooks, 4 kitchens feeding five dining rooms, three meals a day, with each kitchen feeding 30-50 residents per meal. Classic cuisine, whole food, seasonal menu changing weekly on an eight week rotation. Special event catering, and special event resident meals.
