The facilities at the above site include a Full Fledged Research and Development Set-up, State of Art Standards Room with Coordinate Measurement Machine and Product Testing Laboratory with Sophisticated Test Rigs, Cellular Manufacturing CNC Set-ups as well as conventional machine shops with Customer-Part Combination based dedicated assembly lines and Metallurgical Laboratory under one roof.

CURRENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT & MANPOWER PLANNING
Responsible for preparing manpower planning and budgeting in line with quarterly and half yearly business objectives of the company.
Finalize the annual recruitment plan for the Business Unit.
Keeping a track of talent requisition received from various departments.
Screening profiles through different sources of recruitments employee referrals and head hunting.
Taking initial round of interviews and coordinating the entire interview process.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Manage the implementation of performance management and activities.
Handle related queries / communication & provide inputs and feedback.
Taking feedbacks from department heads about confirmation of employees.
Sessions with Managers to gauge the performance of their team.
Handling out appraisal letters and communication of changes in levels/compensation to Finance.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Planning and recommending the training calendar for the year.
Coordinate & facilitate employee trainings as per training plan.
Detailed Training Need Analysis (Levels & Individual).
Identifying external trainers; liaising with external trainers (Negotiation & Coordination).
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS / ENGAGEMENT

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE / LIAISONING / EMPLOYEES RELATION
Ensuring the compliance with statutory regulations like PF, labour office, Factories, labour laws, and filing various return, maintain personal file of employees; Insurance policies, Gratuity, medical cover and GPA schemes for the employees.
Liaisoning with govt. and regulatory bodies like Local / Govt. admin bodies obtaining necessary sanctions / approvals and ensuring smooth working conditions).
Maintain networking relationship with external bodies (other organizations, legislative bodies), as a measure of building the brand image of the company.
Handling enquiries against delinquent workmen by way of show cause notices, warning / transfer letter, suspension order & its further course of action, as and when required, more over issues such as superior subordinate relationship, salary related, employee interaction / solving queries, counseling etc. implementing disciplinary norms & standards for minimizing violations of rules & regulations. Creating an environment of mutual trust and respect at working level.
Handling court cases with the coordination of company’s consultant.
Maintaining cordial industrial relations in the organization through initiating settlement proceedings and enabling workers to voice their opinion on a common channel and focus on avoiding any like union issues in the plant.
Celebration of Employees birthday Day, Annual Day events and Vishwarkma Pooja, Attendance Award, X-Mas day, Formation of Safety Committee and Activity Committee. Counseling to employees for reducing the absenteeism rate and for the retention of potential employees.
