Executive Summary
I have been in Management since 1995. I am strong willed and have a very strong personality. I have been the manager of several different fields of employment including landfill/waste disposal, poultry processing plant and automotive manufacturing. I believe that enforcing accountably is what makes a manager strong.
Preventive maintenance and being proactive is also a strong belief of mine. (Pay it now or pay it later.) With safety this means later will cost the company ten times more as it will involve OSHA fines, bad publicity, Workers comp fees and higher worker’s compensation premiums along with a higher risk factor and most importantly an injured worker.
It is vitally important to me to be a good example for others to follow and pay attention to the small details and issues. It is the little things that can accumulate into bigger things and matter the most.
