Helped defined Transamerica's User Experience vision, process, framework, and UX maturity roadmap. Integrated the UX process as part of the organization’s software development life cycle for various digital products.
Part of a corporate wide initiative to develop a contiguous omnichannel ecosystem of experiences across digital and physical spaces. This strategy was a multi-disciplinary collaborative effort with Forrester Research. Activities and workshops revolved around strategy, customer experience (CX), design, measurement, governance, voice of the customer, service design, and culture.
