As Chief Marketing Officer and co-founder of BidCactus, Jeffrey redefined the online auction industry. He planned and implemented the marketing and operations strategy acquiring over 2 million customers with an industry leading customer value.

As a key advisor in online gaming services and media, Jeffrey developed one of the largest performance marketing networks with over 50,000 affiliates and over $500 million in referred transactions.

As a Senior Engineer at The Mitre Corporation, Jeffrey was instrumental in developing numerous internet technologies that make modern life easy. Jeffrey managed projects ranging from the design and development of the first XML based intranet application, to large scale online video infrastructure, to critical national security command and control systems for USAF, FEMA, DOD, IRS, and NSA.

Jeffrey’s attention to detail and passion for excellence has lead to the development of home-grown technology solutions for effective online marketing and management. Leveraging technology development, payment processing, social media, email list management, Big Data modeling, engaging and actionable content, search, display, and contextual advertising; Jeffrey is a premiere full-stack eCommerce operator. Jeffrey holds a BS degree in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University (1997), an MBA from Boston University (2001), and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Boston University (2001).
