oA positive attitude towards all situations from the onset of HL Holding to the present has been part of me. With smartness and hard work, I was part of the Life made fabulous Team that actively participated in the opening of HL Holdings, a Mega Store in the central of Uganda.

oWelcoming, greeting and attending to customers of all levels has been part of me. With this kind of attitude, I have managed to serve to the Standard required to keep up HL Holdings ranking high among The Best service Oriented Stores in Kampala.

oHelping customers identify what they need has been a daily routine. However, I have always gone an Extra mile, of Suggestive Selling and Add-Ons. This would help boost the total sales and currently, I rank number one as one who handled the biggest number of Items per customer, out of my Service.

oFast and effective transactions at The Checkout point describes my service at HL Holdings. With a big number of Customers especially on Weekends, a fast and effective service would be required and I always did this to the best, with a record of minute shorts and excesses.

This undertaking, coupled with Good service has seen,HL Holdings establish, a good number of Customers, that have become a Force to Reckon with, in the Retail Business.

oWorking in a well Organized and tidy environment forms part of my Service and this has been part of my daily duties. I always made sure that Fitting Rooms are clean, dusting all fixtures on floor and making sure that standard is followed within my areas of jurisdiction.

oThe ability to process stock, making sure that all procedure is followed, to make sure that the best is delivered on floor also forms part of the undertakings I took and its an achievement as well,
