Managed full profit and loss responsibility and all functions for this international business unit with plants in Europe and Asia. Directed creative turnaround; then tripled business with new products in new markets. Reported to CEO.

Held dual role responsibilities for start-up and operation of Battery Products and corporate-wide responsibilities for business development including mergers, acquisitions, international joint ventures, and divestitures.
