As President of Green Energy Technologies Inc., directed through team members, all phases of company activity, including, development of a Patent Pending technology, sales strategies for both Commercial/Industrial and Retail sectors, contract negotiations for license rights domestically and internationally.

Founded what became Canada’s largest in-store marketing agency, with over 5,000 full and part- time employees across Canada and exclusive contracts with Retailers such as Walmart Canada, Costco, Loblaw Companies and A&P (now known as Metro) before it was sold to Standard Broadcasting.

Developed an exclusive Retailer driven sales programme, allowing PDS/Instore Focus to have exclusive access to over 70% of the consumer grocery shopping $$ in Canada.

One of three consultants representing Canada through the CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency), program to assist in the market development of South American beef products, specifically Uruguay. Over an 18 month period, developed a final Business Plan which was personally presented to over 200 government and industry representatives in Uruguay, which was accepted and consequently implemented.

Oct 2013 – Present Management Consultant – GWP Consultants Consulted on three separate projects over a two year period

Instore Sales Group – Interviewed Food Retailers and Manufacturers throughout the North East United States with the goal of acquiring an entry into the market for exclusive in store marketing rights. Final result was a contract with a Retailer in the Ohio and Indiana market

A cloud based online retailer start-up – On contract as part of the Senior Management team in the role of Chief Business Development Officer. Identified and managed a group of senior managers throughout North America. Assisted in the deployment of various platforms it offered it’s membership including micro business opportunities, advertising opportunities and an online retail store.

Alliance International – In conjunction with the legal team, assisted in business restructuring through the partial sale of the company. The company employed 65 full time and 5600 part-time staff across Canada with offices in Mississauga, Vancouver and Montreal.

Negotiated exclusive in store marketing contracts with clients such as Wal-Mart, Costco, A&P (Metro), Oshawa Foods, Loblaws etc. The company was sold to Standard Broadcasting Corporation. 1987 – 1989 Marketing Consultant – Agriteam Canada

Worked on behalf of the Canadian Government under the CIDA Program to identify further product use of Uruguayan Beef in North America. Current restrictions mandate all beef being exported must be processed, limiting distribution channels.

Interviewed South American and Canadian food processors, retailers and government officials to determine Uruguay’s ability to market cooked beef products in North America.

Developed a final Marketing and Business Plan which was presented to over 200 Government and Industry representatives of the beef industry in Uruguay.
