Lead global Business Development activities for Engineering, IT, Staffing, & Software Development. My role is hands-on and I personally seek out, develop, and manage many mid-size and large revenue accounts. I also provide Aerospace/Automotive business development consulting services for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and various Academic, Government, and Professional Organizations.

Conduct Sales & Marketing outreach while also mentoring a team of Account Managers and working directly with Recruiting teams to identify resources as required. Prepare presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and navigate complex Sales Lifecycle processes for a variety of projects.

Significant experience in Engineering, Software Development, Business Process Outsourcing, Staffing, Recruiting, Contracting and Offshore/Domestic Outsourcing for Design and FEA/CAE/CFD.

Create customized Software applications through a process of business workflow analysis. Develop software solutions in order to automate processes, save money, and reduce repetitive work. Strong business analytics to chart procedures, organize Supply Chain activities, and automate communications and daily processes.

Organize program kick-offs, validate SOW's, support Reverse Engineering, Benchmarking, Design Validation using Simulation Analysis, and CAD Modeling. Experience with Car, Bus, Truck, Defense, Aerospace, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Semiconductor, Medical, Consumer Products, and Specialized Vehicles.

Regularly take part in Domestic and International travel to kick-off projects with customers. Accepted speaking roles at National and International Exhibitions regarding Engineering Services, Supply Chain Quality, and Engineering Collaboration.

Created Defense/ITAR compliant in-house Design Center to support Military and Government programs. Work directly with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Pure Michigan Business Connect to promote collaborative opportunities for companies located in Michigan.

Helped to set up Academic CAD/Engineering Software sales opportunities for our Dassault Partnership with Vocational School and Government groups in Michigan and Ontario.
