Peer Recovery Counselor:
Explain the facility’s mission and procedures to new admissions and address their questions and concerns that they may have.
To assist clients with finding an appropriate sober living facility.
Educating clients about their condition and motivating them to restructure their thought process based on new and accurate information.
Help clients to expand and improve their computer skills.
Co-facilitate an educational/support group for family members and friends of those receiving treatment.
Helping clients to find appropriate methods to deal with anger/frustrations.
Journeyman Roofer:
Daily Inventory of all roofing material on work trucks and warehouse.
Removing and properly disposing old material from the roof and replacing it with new material.
Effectively communicating with co-workers and supervisors with regards to progress.
Meeting all contract requirements/specifications.
Making sure that all safety measures were taken and the completed work is to the employer’s and customer’s satisfaction.
