Computer Systems Validation: Author and validation specialist for 3 subsidiaries’ MIS computer system validation for applications ranging from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources System, learning/training, data warehouse, and Product Lifecycle Management systems to manufacturing applications. Validation documents include requirements specifications and associated test directives that address application security, functionality and data integrity. Gather and create Visio flow charts, installation plan, rollback plan and risk assessment. Validation tests include using SQL Server Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer to create database queries, ODBC connections to databases, triggering data transactions, boundary testing of input fields, logon security and usability testing of web and windows applications. Hire, train and direct a team of IT validation contractors for larger projects. Audit company validations and advise the IT staff on how to increase regulatory compliance. Update company Standard Operating Procedures and Detailed Instructions to ensure they meet federal regulations and company policies.

Project Management: Project Manager for General Reports, a web-based reporting application. Used MS Project as project manager for the January 2014 ERP system upgrade for two subsidiaries to a clustered environment.
