Spearheaded safety processes (OSHA challenge), NFPA 70E implementation, and internal / external audits. Selected to serve on Board of Directors for startup Clean Air Arabia. Developed company policies and supplier development processes for new office.

Director Global Technical Centers 2005-2008
Recruited to lead worldwide technical centers (US, Germany, Korea, Austria, England, Brazil, and India) and 130 global employees. Planned and approved capital expenditures for all facilities, initiated measurement systems analysis (MSA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) across all locations, and oversaw vehicular wind tunnels, climatic chambers, engine dynamometers, multi-axis vibration tables, calorimeters, and various durability test equipment.
