Certified as a SGe8 Servo-Electric Turret Punch Press and Shear Combi-TULUS/Beckhoff Control Systems operator.
Visual inspection of parts produced to meet specification requirements, and troubleshooting material along with systems errors to make the defect per part ratio less.
Used hand measurement tools such as calipers, height gauge, protractors, radius gauge, thread gauge, pin gauges, comparator, and micrometers to make sure the parts meet the required specifications. Used a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for measuring the physical geometrical characteristics of the parts to achieve a high quality standard, and Virtek to measure the accuracy of two-dimensional parts to tolerances within 0.050 mm.
Operated the brake press, which entailed helping to set up the press, bending the parts to the correct length and degree of angle, and conformance to blueprint tolerance values.
