Responsibilities included leading new equipment installation and start up, capital project management, quality initiatives, cost controls, requisition of raw materials, hiring, delivery and new product development. Customer base consisted of converters of returnable packaging for the automotive industry, sign makers, and agricultural industry packaging. Operation consisted of an 115,000 square foot facility and two off-site warehouses. Workforce consisted of 100 employees with extrusion and converting departments.
