Responsibilities include working closely with management. Work hours included evenings, weekends, vacations, and summer. Duties include attending weekly and monthly networking events to promote iDropped it and speaking within the networking groups to build busi- ness relations and build sales. Successfully built several business rela- tionships through networking doubling sales throughout the past sever- al years. Also responsible for professionally answering phones and ex- plaining the repair process, fees associated, and setting appointments. Setting appointments, offering pick up of the damaged device, profes- sionally repair, and deliver the repaired device to the customer/busi- ness. Punctuality is vital. The repair process includes daily inventory of each phone and tablet and parts needed to repair. Each device has up to seven items plus 27 different tiny screws. Repairing each device is a problem solving technique as each item is damaged uniquely. The problem solving is a large part of daily responsibilities, as technology is a always changing, and the parts are minuscule in size, if one cable is bent the wrong way or pinched, or one screw missing, it may affect the entire repair, and the process must be restarted.

Duties included but not limited to customer service, checking athletes in, answering phones, taking monthly payments, answering customer questions. Worked closely with parents of students, and both male and female students, ranging from ages, 6-18 years. Worked closely with students to perfect swing, serves, strategies for tennis. Duties included but not limited to working with attorneys for the State of Indiana. Proof reading legal documents, typing, preparing legal documents. Assisting and traveling with associates to interview attor- ney clients. Taking statements and type assessment in complete report form, using proper font, and paying strong attention to detail. Learned valuable skills such as; writing reports, attention to detail, what is im- portant and pertinent to attorneys, the proper font, and formatting when preparing documents, and proofreading. This position was very important in building the skills needed to realize the importance of collecting complete details. This position also helped build the skills needed to be organized, communicate well with people; by asking questions for complete clarification, sometimes asking the same ques- tion in several different ways. Finally, I learned there how to become a leader amongst other leaders. Lawyers always like to be in charge and have a “Leadership” trait, where I learned how to stick out. OUTSIDE SALES

During the summer of 2012, returned 2013; duties included but not limited to outside sales media for LSN of Michiana. Responsibilities included researching local small businesses and speaking with the manager or owner of small business and presenting the advertising op- portunities with Laughable News Michiana. Presentations would in- clude the advantages of advertising, the importance of advertising, presenting the costs based on quarterly, semi yearly or yearly basis. Also included follow up on the small businesses to answer questions, and offer customer service. Small Family owned organization responsible for drivers education. Responsibilities included but not limited to maintaining a flexible schedule, professionally answering phones, explaining the classroom and driving proceedures to potential clients over the phone, clearly and successfully explaining Indiana state rules and regulations to par- ents and students. Scheduling up to 50 hours of daily drive times for various teens and the up to seven different instructors, filing state re- quired paperwork to the Indiana BMV, filing, grading tests and papers, recording students driving permit numbers, filling out drive test forms, collecting payments, and assisting with classroom projects such as read- ing and working with slower paced students needing extra attention. Through this position I accomplished how to effectively and profes- sionally communicate with people, answer questions with complete detail, and conflict resolution when parents or students did not always understand the rules and regulations.
