Since ****, Jude has worked with leading providers of integrated digital marketing and media services, fulfilling diverse leadership roles, including CEO, COO, VP of Operations, Director of Internet Operations, Executive Producer, and New Media Management Consultant. His experience working with clients and brands such as Accenture, Galaxy Entertainment, Fluor, Prudential, Prudential Bache, MasterCard, NFL, IBM, Lotus, Proctor & Gamble, Delta Airlines, and UTC, has provided him with unique knowledge ranging from strategic planning, business development, project lifecycle management, product development, core operating processes, offshore vendor management, and quality management methods.
Most recently Jude has been leading FML.digitalmedia, a China based marketing technology agency and start-up accelerator focused on digital, mobile enterprise level services. Working in global and offshore environments for the past 8 years has afforded him the professional exposure and application of his experience to regional resource markets, management of local and international clients, pricing strategies, localized workforce culture, as well as operational excellence methods at the global level. This exposure has ensured the expansion of business knowledge at the global level in the following core competencies - strategic negotiator, alliance and partnership management, financial monitoring and controls, China business protocols, as well as team building and leadership. With its recent expansion, FML is heavily focused on the development of e-commerce platforms and enterprise applications, helping brick and mortar in addition to start-up companies develop revenue streams by exploiting manufacturing technology and logistical platforms.
Jude transsitioned his aerospace manufacturing background at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engines into operations experience in the digital media space. During his term at Pratt, Jude contributed to a pre-production development group focused on military and commercial jet engines where he designed quality parts and processes within a JIT (just-in-time) manufacturing environment. He also contributed to Pratt’s ISO 9001 certification as a key member of the Data and Document Control and Statistics committees expanding his knowledge in Six Sigma processes. Leveraging his manufacturing production experience, Jude reformulated the interactive production process while at OgilvyInteractive by leading cross-departmental teams in committee - later adopted globally throughout the OgilvyInteractive network. He also served as a member of the Operations/Finance committee where he contributed at the enterprise-level responsible for core operating issues.
With 18 years of digital experience, he has shaped technology and cross discipline teams, developed and streamlined operational processes and heabilty focused on developing revenue through digital channels.
He has produced over 14 award winning integrated media campaigns including the first ever Grand Prix Cyber Lion Award at Cannes 1999 for the IBM e-Culture campaign. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, he earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science concentrating in Information Technology.
