Design Engineer, Flight Test Support, CSeries May 2015– Present Reporting to the section chief of structural integration, working within the Flight Test Center Engineering (FTCE) group. Responsible to provide on-site structural and systems installations engineering support to the fleet of CS100 and CS300 flight test vehicles. (Shift work)
Support flight test and maintenance activities with the knowledge of structural and systems installations for the fleet of four on-site flight test vehicles (FTV) as well as provide remote support to the FTCE structure group in Wichita, KS (3 FTVs).
Perform engineering investigations and produce temporary engineering to resolve build issues in a timely manner.

Reporting to the project management section chief for the CSeries fuselage. Responsible for all change management planning activities for the rear fuselage and metallic Tailcone during the critical time leading up to the certification of the CS100.
Developed and established an internal change management process to harmonize impact analyses from engineering and manufacturing teams in Montreal and Shenyang, China.
Managed all incoming change management requests (requests for impact analyses and implementations plans), provided harmonized forecast dates to work-package integrators based on engineering effort and capacity, manufacturing lead time, parts in stock and supplier schedules.
Developed and implemented planning tools to support change management planning and execution.

Structural Design Engineer, CSeries May 2012– Feb 2015 Reporting to the section chief of design for the rear fuselage and final assembly line. Responsible for producing 2D and 3D engineering of primary and secondary structure for the rear barrel and tailcone of the new CSeries aircraft.
Produced design from concept to detail design (FT&A) of sheet metal and machined parts in CATIA V5. (Skins, stringers, frames, supporting structure and systems installations for the rear fuselage and tailcone)
Provided on-site support to the final assembly line (FAL), by addressing problems encountered during aircraft build, producing engineering dispositions and supporting the fast-path release process.
Supported flight test activities by addressing problem reports and expediting engineering coverage.
Collaborated with the design and manufacturing teams in Shenyang, China to provide impact analyses and embody change requests.
Performed general dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and redesign of aft fuse to tailcone joint concept, all rear barrel access door fits.
