My work varied from day-to-day that often consisted of preparing and typing correspondence, answering the telephone, performing internet searches and receiving and sending faxes. I assisted with new hire interviews, orientations and paperwork and conducting staff meetings. I greeted and assisted those who visited the administrative building. I checked the itinerant and part-time staff’s timesheets for accuracy and submitted to payroll. I maintained meetings and events in Microsoft Outlook.
All correspondence was prepared in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or FileMaker Pro. I am proficient in the Microsoft suite, performed a high volume of data entry, basic bookkeeping daily and verified invoices for payment.
