Developed schedule for work force and was in charge of production reporting.

WEC bidding format was a 1600 line excel spread and I developed a bid conversion program to convert to the owners 20 to 40 line format.

Served four years on the Executive Board for Wind Energy Construction.

Project Development 2006 - 2008

Provided field support for FPL Development and Construction groups in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Site development including DOT Permits, Rail Road ROW, T-Line location, Substation location and finalization of turbine arrays with Wind Resource Manager.

Detailed budgetary estimates and project design that included landowner and environmental constraints.

Was involved in several negotiations with land owners for Transmission lines, Substation and Turbine location.

Spokesman representing FPL Energy to educate Land Owners about wind energy and the construction process.

Designed a tracking system for repairs and cost of goods throughout the equipment sales cycle which increased profitability by 4%.
