Designed research based approaches and teaching strategies in accordance with student learning style and strategies supplemented with contemporary learning instructions and authentic material.

Efficiently used classroom technology, smart board, audio/video/DVD components and Microsoft Office applications to enhance the capacity and quality of teaching and learning for students.

Taught, 1,100 hours, 81 US diplomats Dari language speaking, reading, listening from basic through advanced level and trained them not only in Afghan culture, but also provided them with an in-depth understanding of Afghanistan’s political culture, cultural subjects on traditions, family, values, beliefs, customs, and ethnic characteristics of different parts of Afghanistan.

Taught, 1,800 hours, 330 US government employees familiarization courses for their Afghanistan assignments;

SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Established my own teaching style and philosophy based on my 30-years of research findings

Developed a dynamic vocabulary learning method which makes it easy for students to learn vocabulary and keep it in memory for a longer time.

Developed a simplified-demonstrative teaching method for the new Dari learners. This method integrates the sounding of words, phrases, and sentences to demonstrative actions, having an effective impact on student’s comprehension of the lessons.

Initiated quality enhancement, analyze-based translation method that improved the quality of translation in accuracy and precision more than 30% and reduced the number of editors in 50%; as well as upraised time/money effectiveness of translation which shortened the time cycles for correction in 6 times. For a unit of 30 translators, the time cycle for correction their translated cases was 86,400 hours/year, $ 5,184,000 and after enhancing the quality of translation, it decreased to 21,600 hours/year, $1,296,000 and the economic effect was $3,888,000.
