Major project : MOTORIZED THREAD FORMING BY USING MICRO CONTROLLER.

The main objective of our project is to overcome the difficulties faced during smaller diameter thread cutting operations. As the smaller diameter thread cutting cannot be done in conventional thread cutting methods due to its uneven application of load on the cutting area,inaccurate and have surface roughness.To rectify the problems associated with the smaller diameter thread cutting we designed a Motorised based threading machine.
