Lead the Design Team for several Projects totally enclosed outdoor weatherproof metal buildings to house electrical equipment for major clients as Hydro One, ATCO Power, US Army, ABB, ENMAX, TRANSALTA, OPG, Lavalin, Enbridge, etc.; normally this buildings have inside medium and lower voltage switchgear, HVAC equipment battery and chargers room, bus and cable duct.

Developed engineering drawings using SolidWorks, and AutoCAD including GD&T, packaging studies, fits, tool clearance and manufacturability

Redesigned AutoCAD 2D drawings in 3D models for medium voltage metal-clad and metal-enclosed arc-resistant switchgear for indoor and outdoor application (5kv to 38kv, types A, B, C and C+), designed as self supporting structure (cells) divided into separate compartments as circuit breaker compartment, PT or fuse compartment, main bus compartment, etc.

Designed circuit breaker compartment for standard breaker Cutler & Hammer and GE model 15kv & 25kv nominal voltage class at different current rated

Generated drawings for equipment layout, base plan and foundation; architectural drawing to include plan elevation, cross-sections, floor opening, Bus duct elevation, details, etc. of the building, assembly drawing and BOM’s, installation instructions, maintained open issues lists, and typical engineering documents
