Attached please find my resume in response to your advertisement for a trial asbestos

litigation paralegal on Simply Hired. I am a pleasant, highly motivated individual experienced

in providing support in all aspects of the asbestos litigation process including pre-trial, trial

preparation, trial and trial to verdict. My experiences include:

Pre-trial and trial preparation (prepare trial binders, expert binders, exhibits binders, etc.)

Summarizing medical reports, information from designated defense counsel, discovery

responses from plaintiffs and co-defendants and update case evaluation reports.

Research, locate and request prior testimonies.

Retain experts and assist in preparing experts for deposition including select and prepare

documents for review.

Coordinate, offer, schedule experts for deposition.

Draft pleadings.

Work directly with attorneys, co-defendants and designated defense counsel.

Electronically file and serve court documents using Lexis-Nexis.

Familiar with the San Francisco General Orders and Code of Civil Procedures to ensure

the team calendar is accurate.

Prepare and manage master case list.
