Other Highlights -

?2007 - Instrumental in improving productivity by 28% for Cream Liquid Lotion (CLL) production.

?2006 Successfully improved inventory record accuracy (IRA) of warehouse at Processing unit, from 76% to 94%, and stretched further to 99% target.

?2005 - Successfully implemented improvements in export processes to accommodate the special needs of Vietnam and Malaysia. Also, successfully implemented the Warehouse location rationalization and recovered a net favorable inventory for the year.

?2004 - Garnered an all-time high inventory record accuracy (IRA) of 99.8%, and led the material usage variation (MUV) reduction project of the Make team, which generated an extra Ps 1MM net-fill savings. Also, successfully managed the first year transition and eventually good performance of TPL, despite handling a dual-role function on HMM packaging as Production Coordinator.

?2003 Successfully lead the project on Warehouse transition from APMI-controlled to 3rd Party controlled management of operations, generating annual savings of Ps 6MM, including the reduction of 28 headcounts. Also, led the first APMI wall to wall inventory counting process and garnered an all-time high inventory record accuracy (IRA) of 99.18%.

?2002 - Integrated the RI handling and storage of Processing department generating savings with 3 headcount reduction and simplified processes.

?2001 - Generated Ps 3.2MM equivalent savings due to favorable inventory adjustments (previously lost items) and minimized inventory losses; instrumental in improving the PFR targets of production.

?2000 Improved the planned conversion cost by 33% in production and productivity by 21%. Garnered the first APMI 1-million lotion production record in a month.

Responsibilities (Equipment Management & Processing Maintenance Lead)

?Manage Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, an internet-based maintenance program of the entire maintenance operations.

?Identify, schedule, plan and direct maintenance operations: general overhauling and major repairs of mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation of equipment and facilities.

?Endorse procurement of spare parts, consumables, and manage part inventories at the least cost and maximum reliability and availability.

?Formulate and implement programs, procedures and guidelines, including the upgrade and improvement of existing equipment and facilities.

?Ensure that all condition identification reports and preventive maintenance work orders (PMWO) are all done and accomplished, as scheduled.

?Ensure operational safety of equipment and auxiliaries under the maintenance department.

?Implement and ensure strict compliance to safety, security, health and environmental policies.

?Formulate and implement policies on energy conservation, cost control, material supplies and equipment utilization.

?Approve work/job orders and work schedules under the maintenance department.
