Tool Room Scheduler / Planner 2012 –11/2015
Trans-Matic,a stamping company of making extraordinary metal parts for every product. Holland, MI Performed all duties in the scheduling system to meet requirements for employee labor and performance recording, monitored tool room capacity providing real time information, delivered load capacity and weekly and monthly summary reports and graphs, updated work order priorities and templates daily, and distributed a copy of resource report to tool room operators.
• Processed an average of 50-100 daily work orders including assigning machine operation routing based on print and assigning due dates according to production scheduling updates using scheduling (DMS) and Excel application.
• Prioritized drop-in tooling to ensure highest priority work is completed in the correct sequence.
• Monitored engineering new tooling and production forecasts providing short and long term planning ensuring optimum tool room capacity utilization.
• Outsourced work orders using the scheduling system, PLEX.

LCF Test Technician 2011 –2012

With contract employed at Woodward Company, performed duties on operating and supporting of a low cycle fatigue (LCF) test (aircraft fuel nozzles), which is consisted of monitoring and operation equipment that will control high pressure and temperature air, and high pressure water flow. Set-up hydraulic equipment, high-pressure liquid pumps, high temperature electric heaters, data acquisition, (Lab View) control software, and electro-mechanical equipment. During test, monitoring entered data into MS Excel spreadsheets and MS Power Point. Auxiliary Engineer 2004 – 2011
Covanta Energy Kent, a waste to energy power plant in Grand Rapids, MI Safely operated and inspected steam generators, turbine, various air pollution control and auxiliary boiler plant equipment, including, bag-house filters, screw conveyor system, boiler feed pumps, fans, air compressors, electrical devices, cooling and condensing system, water treatment and chemistry lab testing that supported 24/7 plant operation. Observed and interpreted readings on gauges, meters, and charts to ensure that boilers are operating properly.
