Well Planning, cost savings, instituting of safety programs, sales calls to oil company executives,
Supervise rig crews and service personnel, and handle logistics for equipment and personnel. Responsible
for well control issues, daily reports in Wellview and DIMS, casing tallies, cement calculations and
reports, incident reporting, IADC reporting accuracy, Pre and Post drill site inspections. Performed as the
night company man on a Hercules jack up rig in the Gulf of Mexico doing plug and abandon work for
Woodside Energy until February 2008. Supervised drilling natural gas and oil wells with water based
mud, oil based mud, and air in safe, time, and cost efficient manner for ConocoPhillips in the New
Mexico / Four Corners area and Rockies Business unit - Denver. Experience including Drilling Vertical,
Long and Short S- Curves, setting whipstocks and liners, short to extended reach laterals. Whenever a
logistics person working for RWDY on the Magnolia Project needed someone to cover for him, I would
work in his place on my days off from my normal job.
Achievements:
Drilled ConocoPhillips first two Mancos lateral wells in the San Juan Basin.
