Responsibilities:
Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations
Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within Electrical disciplines
Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested
Review all inspection reports for compliance
Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions
Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained
Punch list Activity to keep Quality at Project requirement.
Assist in the reviewing, verification and closing of punch items generated from ITRs.

Position : Senior Process & Quality Control Engineer
Responsibilities :
Organize, coordinate and control the activities Manufacturing Process and Quality.
Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance
To work on projects which include the concept design, cost calculation, and successful Implementation.
Ensuring that all contractual Quality Standards and Inspections
Process and material study upon receiving the non-conformance from production.
Conducts internal audits following regulatory, industry and internal quality guidelines including ISO.
Conducts process audits and follow up closure of open audits.
Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
