I have experience of 10 years in engineering consultancy.

From Sep, 2015 – Present working with Atlas International Engineering Consultant as Quantity Surveyor on Ibri Tanam Road Project Oman Where I am responsible for verification of contractor’ payment and work done cross sections and as built works.

From Oct,2014 – Sep 2015 working with AECOM Middle East in Doha Qatar as Quantity Surveyor Doha New Orbital Highways Project Contract-I Where I am Responsible for Design reviewing, ITP and work method statement for each construction activity as per contract document, Approve ITP checklists, Review the shop drawings & rebar of piles, piers, box girder, retaining walls culverts /drains, and operation of piling works with reverse rotary and percussion, daily inspection report and final jointly inspection at completion and nonconformance report

From, Nov, 2012 – Oct, 2014 worked with NESPAK (PVt) Ltd. as Project Quantity Surveyor on Farm to Market Roads-300km & Bridges (Box Girder cantilever) funded by JICA, KPK Province Pakistan. Responsible for preparation of revised cost estimate and BOQs, Review and verify the design/work done cross sections of roads and profile, verification of contractor’s submittals(IPCs), preparation of fortnightly Status of financial statement and target achievements also processed variation orders, EOTs. I have well approach to work with FIDIC IV, 1999 and 2006 MDB edition.

From March, 2007- Nov, 2012 worked with NESPAK (PVt) Ltd. as Quantity Surveyor on Reconstruction & Rehabilitation of Earth Quake affected buildings & infrastructure (Roads & Bridges) projects in district Abbottabad and Kohistan, KPK Pakistan. Preparation revised cost estimate/TS and detail cost estimate with backup, preparation of progress reports and briefs to client, Data preparation for next budgeting, verified contractor’s interim payment certificates with price adjustments, Vetting of VOs & claims, review item price & rate analysis, processed EOTs &TOCs cases, final statement at completion and final bill in light of contract measures.

From May, 2005 -- March, 2007 worked with NESPAK (PVt) Ltd as Quantity Surveyor on construction of Sher Shah Bridge over River Chenab Multan, Pakistan. This Bridge consists of 2Km length having 26 No Spans with post tensioned girder & friction pile foundation (2m Dia, 60M Depth).Responsible for Verification of Contractor’s Bills (IPCs) and review the contractor’s proposals and preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Financial Statement and other Briefing Data to Client. Verification of VOs, EOTs and Final Bill

From Nov, 2004- May, 2005 worked with NESPAK (PVt) Ltd as Quantity Surveyor on construction of Dharam Pura under pass (railway & canal crossing) Lahore city. Responsible for review the shop drawings and checking of Bar Bending Schedule of structures & Road cross sections for work. Responsible for verifying the Contractor’s Bills (IPCs) and Price Adjustment claims.

From Sep, 2004 - Nov, 2004 worked with NESPAK (PVt) Ltd as Quantity Surveyor on construction of Committee Chowk under pass Rawalpindi City Pakistan Worked on Verification of the Contractor’s Bills.

From April, 2004 - Sep, 2004 worked with DESCON (PVt) Ltd as Site Supervisor on construction of Hydro Power Project Sadpara Dam Skardu. Responsible for layouts, formwork erection and preparation of bar bending schedule & Shop drawing of Intake, Box & Circle Conduits, Surge Chamber and Power houses.
