Sr. Quality Engineer

I am the Delegate Quality Engineer for UTAS Aerospace company. Also Production Quality team leader. And Document and Engineering Changes control. I conduct and review First Article Inspection report. I am in charge of new projects implementation together with manufacturing team. I am part of Continues Improving and Scrap reduction team. Also participates in the Internal Quality Audits for QS9100 and NADCAP systems. I initiated the process and final assembly Quality performance indicators. I started the Production CTQ s audits and Implement the new auditors training.

Quality / Manufacturing – Validation Engineer:

I was trained to transfer production process from Racine WI. Also, Trained to transfer production process from Cardiff Wales UK. I started as Quality Engineering (Control Plans, Process Control, PFMEA, First Piece Production testing and Release, Finish Goods Shipping Release, Control charts). Therefore, I supported the Quality Manager during KEMA, FDA, Johnson & Johnson and ISO 13485 audits. Then I was part of Manufacturing Engineers to perform IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ and PCA for new products.

I was part of the team to implement and successfully certify production process for a class 8 clean room environment. I was in charge to validate spare production equipment. I was part of the team to conduct ISO 13485 certification.

May 2002 - October 2006 Heraeus Electronite Company

Quality Engineer:

I was in charge to implement the new products from Us. I was ISO 9001-2000 Internal Quality Auditor. Therefore, I was part of the team to conduct ISO 9001-200 certification. As a Quality Engineer I perform Quality Control procedure and Plans. I was also the Incoming Inspection, Process and final Product Release leader. I performed the new supplier parts audit and first piece release. I was part of the team to Implement the 5 S system in the production areas. I was the Quality leader for Corrective Action Analysis and Close up. Also, I was in charge of Non Conformed Material Area.

I was the direct contact with Product, Manufacturing and Quality USA engineering departments. I conducted the Product Performance and Failure Analysis Through Client Facility Visit. I was part of the team to introduce Mexican products to US Market.

April 1999 – March 2002 John Deere Company Saltillo Facility

I was part of the team to successfully implement New Tractor Series (Print and Process Review Analysis). Also, I conducted the First Pieces production release. I was in charge of Purchasing and Manufacturing control parts. Also in charge of the new production tractor series scrap. I was part of the team of First Production Reliability PFMEA. I had the Corrective Action Request System Control and Follow up. I was part of the team to perform

Product Audit Field in Mexico and US. I was Direct Contact with Product, Manufacturing and Quality USA engineering departments. I was part of new product cost reduction team.

I performed main activities at Brown Corporation Facility. I had 5 weeks training stamped production process at Elco Textron Facility in US. I also had the Receiving Inspection stamped parts. And I was the direct Contact with Product, Manufacturing and Quality USA engineering department.
