HVAC: Served as liaison between New York City Department of Design and Construction agents and Pelhman Bay Library for demolition and installation of HVAC, Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting Upgrade; the library remained open during this project with no interruption of service.
SAFETY: Project manager for Ulster County Correctional Facility Chiller replacement; managed all subcontractors, ensured OSHA safety standards were adhered to; scheduled all inspections with governmental inspectors; project was completed per Office of General Services contract specifications.

FULL MANAGEMENT: presently employed in a leadership role, oversee projects for a multitude of diverse commercial construction projects (private and public sectors)
PRE-CONSTRUCTION: work very closely with the design team, the developer / owner and the general contractor to create and plan all stages of construction, identify various issues to be resolved and review all construction factors in preparation for implementation of construction phases
