Construction industry executive with over 30 years’ experience building homes, self storage facilities and other commercial and residential projects. Over this time, I have formed, owned, and operated multiple corporations with focus in these areas. 2010 – Present: Real Estate Purchases /Development / Manufacturing Real Estate Purchases: Southern California

With the recent recession and the collapse of the housing market focus on business was the purchases and refurbishing of housing at trustee sales. These homes were then sold for a profit or kept as rental investment.

Development:

During this period raw land purchases were made and limited development of single family homes were built

Manufacturing: Rialto, CA.

During this time Shear Rib Industries, Inc.'s manufacturing equipment was set up in Rialto, CA. and produced components for metal building construction and various buildings were engineered, sold and constructed. In 2014 the manufacturing equipment was sold to a manufacturing company in Mexico in which components would be sold back at a discount. 1984 – 2010: Contractor/ Developer/ Manufacturer

Contractor: Southern California

In 1984 I acquired a B1 California State Contractors License and formed Suttle Company which was a sole proprietor. And in 1997 I formed White Hawke, Inc. which carried on the contracting business of Suttle Company. Both companies sub-contracted to manufacturers and general contractors to construct major self storage facilities for owners such as Public Storage, Extra Space Storage, Price Self Storage, and many other private owners. The facilities were build in California, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Oregon and Washington State.

Developer: Southern California

During 1984-2010 residential properties were purchased and land was subdivided and developed in which homes were designed and constructed for rentals and speculation. Manufacturer: Corona, CA.

Following the design of a patented structural metal building panel I formed Shear Rib Industries, Inc. which would be the entity that included machines that produced the patented structural roof panel and other machines that would produce all the major components used in constructing self storage facilities. These components would then be sold to White Hawke, Inc. at a discount. The relationship between Shear Rib Industries, Inc. and White Hawke, Inc. gave White Hawke, Inc. a major advantage in the bidding and billing process. Note: The patented metal roof panel which was tested at the Hurricane Test Labs in Florida was tested for it's wind uplift capabilities and surpassed the wind velocity of a category 5 hurricane. This panel was first used on buildings in the Caribbean for it's structural capabilities.
