Increase in scope led to delays and additional needs for capital

Provide technical expertise and guidance, along with project management and process management best practices and consulting to support a multi-national SAP deployment of SAP for a global pharmaceutical company.
Implement Project Server 2013 for a large services company. Configure Project Server and SharePoint 2013 to meet requirements, develop and lead user training.
Provide ad-hoc consulting and technical expertise for other Protivix customers, primarily around Project Server and SharePoint.

Managed technology implementations and business process reengineering, primarily for the Payment Processing group within ACC.
Post-merger with Citigroup (2000), planned and led numerous business integration projects. As Citigroup expanded through acquisition, my role was to integrate payment processing from acquired companies and institutions into the main CitiCapital payment processing center in Irving TX. Created schedules and work plans, led teams from Citi and the acquired company, liaised with other divisions of Citi, managed tasks, schedules, risks, issues, etc, wrote status reports, reviewed status with senior management of CitiCapital, other divisions of Citi, and the acquired company.
Last assignment before leaving was more audit-focused – as Business Information Security Officer was responsible for writing of security policies, auditing security policies, liaising with Citi’s auditors, etc.
