• Generated the RxClaim PDE(Prescription Drug Event) Reconciliation Status report on a weekly basis, which was a subset of the Steering Committee presentation. Developed and presented the HP Service Manager/Enterprise Issue Tracking Weekly and Monthly Status reports which showed current ticket volumes and their respective status. Completed 6 daily reports to analyze new batches and report on their current status between the Adjustments Systems: EAS and ERIC. Designed the First Pass Rejects report on a weekly basis to show the volume of reject claims on a weekly basis. Verified 800 issue batches in the ERIC Production A-Box RxClaim system to see if they were open closed or pending, and released batches when needed.
• Maintained the team SharePoint site for Adjustments team, granted access to users, created groups and performed permission setup for users/groups. Uploaded documents and streamlined the team Wiki site so that the team could locate system and process documentation easily.
• Created project plans to create the RCA(Root Cause Analysis) process for our team and designed a form in SharePoint to track each RCA entry. Tracked 15 RCA's from entry to closure for all the Adjustments teams by collaborating with the Project Managers for 11 sub-teams on a weekly basis.

• Developed adhoc reports in Crystal Reports 11 such as the Open/Closed Projects Report. Scheduled reports via Business Objects to be delivered to users or Print Production Services (PPS) network drives via e-mail.
• Maintained and updated all PPS Team Reports/Scorecard on the SharePoint site. Created adhoc SQL Queries via TOAD for Oracle and TOAD for DB2 for PPS Team members.
• Project Manager for a 15 member team project to transition the Siebel Database BART application to Salesforce.com. Collected the business requirements and functional requirements from team members in regards to work streams, workflows and data maps. Created the current state and future state diagrams in order to see which parts of the workflows could be streamlined. Presented my diagrams during the Kick-Off meeting to the rest of the Project Owners and stakeholders. Created the project plan within MS project for the different phases and marked the milestones. Allocated resources to each task and maintained deadlines and project status. Created the Work Breakdown structure for my team members for the project.
• Worked with the DBA team to create the data map from Siebel to Salesforce.com. Held Checkpoint meetings with team, IT and business users on a weekly basis in order to make sure that all the requirements are being brought in and that the project is within scope and budget. Uploaded deliverables to the Project Site in SharePoint. Worked with the Technical Lead at Deloitte to build dummy data and created a training database. Set up users and their access for the training database by working with the Technical Lead.
• Trained team members on how the application works for their day to day work, and presented the final prototype to my team, in order to introduce them to the new workflows for Booklets, ID card, Welcome Kits, and the Support Cases. Worked with Technical Lead to make sure that the fields were placed in the proper orders and that the screens had all the appropriate layouts and data elements. Created 10 tabular reports and 2 graphical weekly reports within Salesforce.com as well as other adhoc reports for specific clients which showed Service Level Agreement and Priority data.
• Updated the Project Scorecard on a daily basis, to mark red yellow or green status. Created a list of users need to participate in smoke testing and User Acceptance testing as well as all the training documentation and test plans. Gathered status reports daily from all team members during training and defect testing and reported back any issues to the Project Owner and Technical Lead. Maintained the Issues and Risk log. Facilitated meeting sessions via Live Meeting /WebEx with other departments to implement project management practices.
• Reviewed and approved SDLC required deliverables. Designed and implemented test plans and strategies to perform defect tracking. Applied the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC principles to each project to ensure successful completion.
