The last 27 years have been in clerical roles with increasing levels of complexity and responsibility for Virginia Mason Medical Center (VMMC.) I am hopeful that like VMMC leadership, a future employer will recognize years of experience and training, including increasing levels of responsibility in lieu of a college degree.
