Description: ACES is the most critical underwriting application for ACE insurance. It also has various reports being generated from the application using SSRS. It also serves as a feed to many downstream applications in Ace using SSIS packages. Application as such is being migrated to .Net 4.5.2 from 3.5. Application also has many batch jobs, windows services and console applications which run on daily basis on Auto-sys R11 and CRON. This application has a particular module which is newly constructed with rich UI technologies like Angular JS, MVC4, Entity and JQuery. This application also interfaces with another print application through a WCF service for printing and issuing the Policy Packs.

Under my project covers line of business are mainly corporate, and professional Liabilities like Doctors, Engineers, Contractors, brokers, and Service providers. The project has six applications like, EMLP, Umbrella, Fidelity, MTC etc.
Each application deals with specific line of business. It captures data from producer or Underwriter and gives different quote options to the end users depending upon their choice of coverage and premium amount. Rating is main part in the project which constitutes a set of business rules to address coverage and premium calculations. ASP.NET used in Presentation, BL, and DAC.
