Responsibilities/Duties:
Work with safety in mind at all times using all requires personal protection equipment and observing area for potential hazards.
Clock the job for tracking. Using work order and parts list the following task were performed prior to assembly; verify parts for, assembly, prep/hand form/layout specific requirements as needed, acquire proper tools, set up jigs, load individual parts per sequence, and verify setup. Seek Inspection verification, if required.
The following task were performed prior to assembly per production plan; measure hole locations, drill fastener hole, ream for close tolerance fasteners holes, de-burr and clean part trimmed edges and drilled/ream holes/close tolerance per requirements, Trim excess material if necessary, hand file and sand, clean parts for seal application as required, acquire Inspection.
The following task were performed during assembly, which sometimes required standing,
squatting, bending and or kneeling; apply sealer, attach parts temporarily using clecos or clamps, install parts using required fasteners; rivets,
bolts, nuts and screws and or HI-lock or Huck-bolts. Torque fasteners if/as required, clean excess sealer, call for Inspection.
The following task performed to complete order; Remove all FOD, un-jig assembly, take account of all tools, return tool to proper storage location, sell job complete, clean area and get ready for next task.

The last 5 years I have worked in MRSA (Material Review and Segregation Area/MRB QN (Quality Notification) on all programs including Boeing 737, 747, 767, both Commercial and Military, 787, Airbus, M-Jet, Gulfstream, Sikorsky, Bell Helicopter. I was the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on the A350 XWB (Extra Wide Body). Developed the current process, lead and trained entire Wichita MRSA Team on the Airbus QN process. Load and Unload parts to be processed or had been processed. Tag parts. Hang parts on conveyer rack or trees for treatment and processing.
Monitor process equipment. Perform fabrication support activities including, e.g., masking hardware for subsequent processing, loading/unloading/hanging hardware for chemical applications, deburr, hand finishing, light hand forming, hand drilling and associated
equipment or bench type work.

Responsible for the set-up, support and production of high-quality products and to help create a highly productive work environment. Supporting responsibilities include planning, checking, establishing a sequence of work to fabricate, assemble and inspecting hardware to planning, engineering and quality control requirements; on where applicable.
