• Managed a large team of more than 30 FTE therapist and facility-level management for multiple rehabilitation programs and locations spanning across Southern Indiana. Position required travel approximately 60-80% of my time.

Over two days of direct instruction, I developed programs designed to help the students be prepared to safely and effectively accomplish their new positions. At the customer’s request, specific emphasis was placed on transfer safety and techniques, correct gait-belt use and patient specific modifications, range of motion types, techniques, precautions, among many other clinical topics.
