I have been in the manufacturing arena for the past twenty-five years where I worked closely with the HR Manager to continuously develop employee programs and job skills. I have led as many as 100 employees in production and served on the Executive Staff of the organization I most recently worked with. A key part of my position was developing Continuous Improvement Teams and coordinating their activities to meet the goals of the corporation. This included job development and descriptions, certifications, and evaluation program development. Specifically, l led the Employee Safety Team and the Executive Leadership Safety Team. Managed 15 Continuous Improvement Teams focusing on planning and improvements. Established goals and worked to identify and resolve problems.
