Operational administrative problems was dealt with. The number of clients of the organization was accurately not known until a strategy was employed in the form of registration. The exercise enabled effective and efficient revenue generation. Without the exercise, most clients of the company initially evaded their responsibilities by not paying their monthly services provided them. This accomplishment paved way for a new customer database to be created.
This exercise also enabled new clients to be registered. They needed the services of Zoomlion Ghana Limited. It also revealed clients needed a replacement of old products which it was recommended. Distribution of the new products was made possible as a result of the data or information collected during the registration exercise.
A huge difference was realized in this organization to which expectations was also exceeded. The aim or motive of the exercise was to record earlier clients and access effective revenue generation. A new customers also emerged as a result of the registration exercise.
