Manage multiple teams working on large platform projects. Also, responsible for team development and engagement. Three large platform projects are finished, and we are currently working the regulatry pathway to get them completed.
oThe Altrix platform is part of a program that will grow this segment 500%, and that is all organic growth.
oThe TruRize project is an ICU platform that will organically grow the market 15% to 20%.
oThe third platform will compliment Stryker’s EMS portfolio.

Responsible for directly leading a platform level project as well as managing a second team with a manager, engineers, and a project manager. Managed and launched Prime TC. The transit chair is currently transforming the market.
oPrime TC is changing a $50 million commodity. It is projected to grow the market 40% and Stryker will receive all of the market share.

Navigated the launch of the Prime Stretcher. The product line has helped Stryker to achieve greater than 80% market share. The strecther provides multiple differentiated features in the market.
