Job Description

Project Management

Analyse Tender document, Purchase order and work order carefully for cater customer requirements.

Make Project charter, Project execution plan (PEP), Request for quotation (RFQ), Site survey report, Management information system (MIS), Detailed project report (DPR).

Liosioning with Government agencies for labour licence etc.

Liosioning with Local agencies as Villagers etc.

Organize pre dispatch inspection (PDI).

Arrange site insurance –transit and marine insurance.

Central planning and co-ordination of ongoing projects.

Tracking and updating the schedule in daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Co-ordinating with engineering department for timely submission of required data.

Co-ordinating with different departments for resources, material & manpower availability.

Co-ordinating with execution team to meet timely execution and commissioning activities of plant.

Analysis the critical path in the schedules.

Escalating delay analysis.

Escalating issues within time to vendors, partners, interfacing with them for achieving proper solution.

Monitoring, discussing project status, reviewing during the project review meeting.

State and local agencies approval of engineering drawing for erection.

Ensure that Safety and Quality control as well as established and monitored on periodic basis.

Invoicing and billing to customer as per Purchase or work order guideline.

Project Execution

Making guidelines of each stage of work of the solar project like civil work, structure installation, module installation, Earthing, DC and AC side work.

Execution of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical side work of site.

Execution of site survey, soil test, co-ordinate marking, pile marking, auguring, cable trenching, structure,module,SCB &PCU installation

Earthing lying, earth pit, LA, Weather station,Scada installation,module cleaning piping installation.

Close punch points .

Arrange site completion certificate, commissioning certificate.

Site handover .

Execute different site visits as CEI visit, Customer, Government authorities etc.

Manufacturing

Managing production related tasks including planning, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules and process control.

Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and developing guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities.

Coordinating with the other departments for smooth functioning and accomplishing production as per customers’ requirement & organizational guidelines.

Monitoring the production status, procedures and systems followed in production to ensure compliance norms with desired quality and timely delivery of orders.

Familier with diffrent Japanese manufacturing techniques as TPM, JIT, KANBAN, DOL etc.

Quality Management Systems

Ensuring adherence to the quality standards as Lean Manufacturing, ISO, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, TQM and other quality aspects and overseeing implementation of various stages of workflow using quality tools.

Maintaining quality level as per targets given by the customers and targets given in the business plan.

Undertaking root cause analysis of problems and developing counter measures initiating 5 why analysis.
