I implement and supervise CHHA's and also precept nurses new to home health and or the agency.
I have been an RN for 16 years beginning my career at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin on the Hematology, Oncology, Transplant Unit. I then transferred to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for two years. After working for the hospital, I did pediatric home health care. I then branched out to adult home health care and am proficient in Oasis documentation, supervising RN’s, LVN’s, and CHHAs. I am also the RN sent out to work with non compliant patient’s, patient’s with addictions, and patients with mental health issues.
