Responsible for the project management for business process improvement, safety, environmental, electrical and civil construction and cross functional projects to include: Partnered successfully with SCE's Technical Planning, Civil Engineering and PMO groups to develop an integrated database that synchs data with all departments. The result was improved synergies and quality of information exchanged between 3 departments that affected 34 work locations and over 100 users.

Managed the SCE Bark beetle project - an environmental, safety and regulatory compliance initiative mandated by the State of California. Successfully removed over 7,000 dead, dying or diseased trees

(fire fire hazardous trees) from 2008 to 2010 and we successfully recovered $16.8 million dollars (100% of our targeted expenditures).

I lead a team to implement t a Quality Management System that identified all protocols, process, procedures for 3 departments (Meter Shop, Engineering and Compliance) that impacted more than 200 union employees. This resulted in improved standardization for documentation systems that supported testing, training, and re-certification for technicians in these departments. Key Accomplishments

As a Publisher, I authored and illustrated 3 paper books, 3 E-books, illustrated 2 other books, and published those books along with titles from 7 author/clients. I created and manage my company’s website. I implemented 3 in store marketing campaigns with Barnes And Nobles where sales benefited schools and community service organizations. As a Project Manager, I managed the decommission of my department's primary workplace database and the implementation of it's replacement. This IT implementation provided added increased functionality and more robust capabilities to 3 departments to perform our core work. I managed the SCE Bark beetle Project which is audited by the California Public Utilities Commission. In 2010 we recovered $16.8 Million dollars (100% of our expended costs). As a Program Manager, I expanded the TA&TI program to allow for 15% more participants by streamlining the program's eligibility requirements. I also expanded the qualifications to include Auto Demand Response. This is a SCADA type system that allowed for commercial customers to qualify for the TA&TI program. As a Project Analyst, I provided key analytical support to SCE for its AMI project business case and CPUC mandated General Rate Cases from 2003 to 2008. Managed SCE’s Technical Assistance & Technology Incentive Program (TA&TI) and supervised its Operations/Support Team (3 Analysts). I was responsible for: The evaluation and performance of 16 third party professional energy auditing engineering companies who performed energy audits for SCE's commercial and industrial customers in the entire 50,000 square mile territory.

I resolved internal and external operational disputes, and identified and implemented process improvements within the program so that new participants gained entry into the program and increased program enrollment by 15%

I streamlined business processes to allow for new technology (Auto Demand Response) that allowed for customers with a reduced load profile to participate and managed a program budget in excess of 27 million dollars.
